everyday's a funeral..

so i went to that counselor at the recommended church..
of course i couldn't get away with not being asked about God..
he didn't shove anything down my throat thankfully..  but he did ask none the less..
and i didn't tell him that i was pagan, i didn't want the session to turn into an exorcism too..


he was a very nice man, about my age, he was dressed in super casual style,
tshirt, long shorts, ball cap..
his office was in the "dungeon" of the church..  it was a very comfy lived in place,
with 2 very comfy couches..  
i found that i could very comfortably talk to him even about anything,
he was not judgmental at all and i found that very nice..


of course he suggested that i start going to church functions to meet
"high quality people"..
i just am hesitant becuz i don't want to be sermonized..
and church functions do that, they have to do daily sermonizing or else
it wouldn't be a church function..


now don't get me wrong..
i don't have a problem with God, i sometimes have problems with his people,  
who sometimes are too zealous and literally bible thumping for my tastes..
